Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a medical procedure used to treat varicose veins and spider veins. It involves injecting a solution directly into the affected veins, causing them to collapse and eventually be absorbed by the body. The solution irritates the lining of the blood vessel, leading to its closure. This procedure  is often used for cosmetic purposes or to alleviate symptoms such as pain, swelling, and discomfort. Sclerotherapy is minimally invasive, requires no anesthesia, and usually takes about 15 to 30 minutes per session. Multiple sessions may be needed for optimal results.
